We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Contract Manager – IPS Specialist to oversee the delivery of a pioneering Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Programme. • Strong knowledge of IPS principles and their application in employment support.
• Outstanding communication skills to foster collaboration among boroughs, support services, NHS, providers, funders, and stakeholders.
• A commitment to resident wellbeing, supporting individuals to tackle health barriers and access sustainable work opportunities.
• The ability to build partnerships with employers and organisations to create inclusive, supportive workplace environments.
• Analytical ability to monitor data, address risks, and drive continuous improvement.
