Businesses who are unsure about what they need to do to prepare for Brexit can get help in our free Local London ‘Get Brexit Ready’ virtual briefings.

Time is running out. The UK ‘s transition period finishes at the end of December, and new rules for businesses and citizens will apply from 1st January 2021.

We are holding four one-hour virtual workshops in November and December and each one is hosted by experts from our Enterprise Centres in East London.

Every session will run through a quick checklist of common things that businesses need to know and do to prepare, but each one will also go into detail about specific areas of change following the UK’s departure from the European Union.

Businesses will get an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session. There will be lots of useful signposting to resources and tools.

The four webinars take place via Zoom on November 26, December 1, 8 and 10.

November 26 at 10.30am – with a detailed look at major changes to your business and your services/products.

December 1 at 2pm –with a detailed look at the impact on importing and exporting goods.

December 8 at 2pm – with a detailed look at the impact on data use, date storage and data management (GDPR).

December 10 at 10.30am – with a detailed look at data use, import and export, people management and trading with EU countries in future.
